How do you book Art of Sucre for an event?
We are currently fully booked for cart service for 2021 and are not currently accepting new contracts for 2022. We will update you via our email list & social media if we open events back up!
How long does the cotton candy last?
If stored properly, the cotton candy should remain fresh & fluffy for several weeks!
How do I store cotton candy?
We suggest keeping the cotton candy in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Keep the seal intact until you are ready to consume!
What ingredients do you use?

Can I place a custom order for a wedding, special thank you, party, or corporate event?
Of course! We would love to help create something special for you! Please complete the form under the “custom” section of our website and we will reach out with all of the details based on your needs. Please keep in mind that our minimum for custom orders is 100 units.
What is the average time for a custom order?
We suggest reaching out at least 2 months before the day of the event!
What is Art of Sucre’s return policy?
Because cotton candy is perishable, we are not able to accept returns.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We strive to make our shipping process as quick and timely as possible. Once your is placed it cannot be changed or cancelled.
When will my order ship?
We are still very much a small business that is growing very quickly! We have the hope of our orders shipping out within 1- 3 business days. However, we ask for your patience as we are working very hard to get out all orders on time.
