How do we book an event with Art of Sucre?

We currently are not accepting contracts for in person events at this time. We will update you via our email list and social media if we open events back up.

Can I place a custom order for a wedding, special event, thank you or corporate event?

Of course! We would love to help create something special for you! Please email us by visiting our "Create Your Own" page and we will reach out to you with all the details based on your entry.

What is the average time for a custom order?

We recommend reaching out at least 2 months before the day of the event.

What is Art of Sucre's return policy?

Because cotton candy is perishable, we are not able to accept returns.

How long does cotton candy last?

Due to the delicate nature of our cotton candy, we suggest you consume our product as close to the arrival date as possible. Climate and environment play a huge part in cotton candy remaining fresh, so if you have to store it, please store it in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. However, please note the longer it sits, the higher the chance of disintegration.

How do I store cotton candy?

We suggest keeping cotton candy in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Keep the seal intact until you are ready to consume.

1. Cancelling or Modifying an Order

Can I cancel or change my order?

We strive to make our shipping process as quick and as timely as possible. Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

When will my order ship?

Did you know that your order is spun fresh just for you? When you place an order with Art of Sucre, your products are not pulled from a shelf where they have been sitting for months! This means our lead times can vary depending on time of year, a viral video, and our production schedule. If you need your order by a specific date, We suggest selecting the 2- Day for shipping. Otherwise, we strive to get most orders sent within 1 to 5 business days. If we are going viral, lead times maybe a touch longer.
